On April 21, Izabela Zawiska, head of the International Relations Office of Jagiellonian University called on Executive Vice President TAMAKI Hisashi, the director of the Institute for Promoting International Partnerships.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Professor Pawe? Dyba?a and Assistant to the Vice-Rector for International Relations Sabina Ha?ucha from Jagiellonian University. From Kobe University, participants included KITA Takashi, director of the Office for Promoting SDGs, MIZUHATA Minoru, executive director of the Europe & Africa Division at the Institute for Promoting International Partnerships and professor at the Graduate School of Engineering, HANADA Eva, associate professor of the Institute for Promoting International Partnerships, KARASHIMA Masato, associate professor at the Graduate School of Intercultural Studies, and KINUGASA Taro, lecturer at the Graduate School of Intercultural Studies.
During the meeting, Zawiska expressed her gratitude for the longstanding partnership between Jagiellonian University and Kobe University. Introductions to the status of international students were given by both universities, which were followed by discussions regarding the need to provide information to students who want to study abroad and the expansion of double-degree programs.
This visit is expected to further deepen exchanges between the two universities.
